My home was about 15 years old when I needed to have the roof redone because the original roof was not done properly and I had trouble with dead valleys where water would accumulate and this eventually caused leaks and interior damage. My roof was complicated with steep angles. From the first contact with Ginger Taylor, I received professional, competent and courteous service. All of my questions were answered, options were spelled out and recommendations given; pricing was clear without any surprises at the end. The crew was a great bunch! I highly recommend GT Roofers for all roofing needs. I was concerned about damage to our roof. I called GT Roofers for a hail check. The owner, Ginger Taylor, actually answered the phone. There was no back and forth with messages. She was polite and understtod my concerns. She sent Billy out to perform the roof check. Billy arrived when he said he would, listened to my concerns and climbed on the roof. I have a 2 story house with a fairly steep roof. Although I had not specifically discussed my skylights with Ginger, I asked Billy to take a look as long as he was on the roof. As it turned out, I didn,t have any hail damage this time but as a bonus Billy cleaned my skylights on the outside. I had an excellent experience and will use GT Roofers for future maintenance and repairs.
